More than just a group dynamic, Eco Pyramid has a profound purpose: to reflect on the importance of well-done teamwork. In any collaborative setting—be it a company, an educational institution, or a social organization—collective success doesn't rely solely on individual effort, but on how these efforts are connected and integrated.
In this activity, each participant will take on a specific role within a workflow and will be responsible for contributing their best to create a functional product that meets certain quality standards.
Learning Outcomes
The goal of this activity is to help participants understand that each task depends directly on the previous person’s work and, in turn, impacts the next. In other words, what we do—or fail to do—affects the entire team, not just our own area.
It’s not just about completing a task; it’s about realizing how the quality of our performance directly influences overall outcomes, team satisfaction, and the achievement of shared goals. Through this experience, we can identify strengths, challenges, and most importantly, opportunities to improve collaboration, communication, and shared responsibility.
